All artworks and prints are created with care and intention, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade and high-quality printing processes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Bawdy Houz is not liable for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping concerns.
1. Artwork & Products
- All artworks and prints are created with care and intention.
- Because each piece is original or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the authenticity of the work and we can ensure that we will not sell damaged work.
- Limited edition prints are produced in small runs and may sell out without notice.
2. Orders & Payments
- Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
- Prices are listed in USD because we currently only ship in the United States.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Bawdy Houz is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
4. Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, and artworks on this site are the intellectual property of Bawdy Houz and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.
- Purchasing an artwork does not grant the buyer copyright or reproduction rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Bawdy Houz is not responsible for damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or artworks.
