Refund & Exchange Policy
1. All Sales Final
- Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition prints, all sales are final.
2. Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email hi@saritastudio.com with photographs of the damage and your order details.
- We will review your claim and may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund!
3. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Original artwork, limited edition prints, and made-to-order works are non-returnable and non-refundable.
