Refund & Exchange Policy




1. All Sales Final

  • Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition prints, all sales are final.

2. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email hi@saritastudio.com with photographs of the damage and your order details.
  • We will review your claim and may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund!


3. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork, limited edition prints, and made-to-order works are non-returnable and non-refundable.
