You go out when you do not want to deal with the inside and it is rationalized by the anxious thought that you are missing out on something or wasting your life, but the thought has already wasted time.

  1. Reducing smoking by building a schedule and a system 
  2. Changing my understanding of living to be surviving
  3. It should be my goal to be my healthiest at all times 
  4. Cravings are addiction 
  5. You cannot find a more efficient way to do it until you have done it sufficiently with quality and with care
  6. You cannot understand without the feeling of once misunderstanding

  7.  It is scary to be alone and scary to be dependent
